Heather D. Wright is the Social Media & Data Analyst Coordinator for Saline Dental, where she enhances digital engagement through strategic content creation and data-driven insights. She manages the practice’s online presence, leveraging analytics to optimize outreach and improve patient connections. Her expertise in social media trends and performance metrics has helped Saline Dental expand its digital footprint and strengthen community relationships.
In addition to her professional work, Heather serves as the 2025 Event Planning Coordinator for SoMa 501, a nonprofit dedicated to fostering community growth and cultural enrichment in Little Rock.
She is also the wife of Dr. Wright, and together they share the joy of raising their two daughters. Outside of her societal contributions, Heather is an avid boxer and cyclist who also enjoys crafting, singing, and playing various musical instruments.
Robin is the Office Manager and has worked for Saline Dental since 1999. She enjoys the day to day contact with all our patients. Robin attended the University of Arkansas, Little Rock.
In her spare time, Robin and her husband, Brad enjoy cheering the Razorbacks, traveling and spending time with their dogs, Marty and Dolly.

I have been in the dental field for 5 years and really enjoy what I do. I have been married to my husband for 5 years and we have two beautiful girls. I enjoy fishing, hiking and doing all things outdoors.
I graduated in 2021 from A-State with a bachelor’s in Spanish and in 2023 from UAMS with a bachelor’s in Dental Hygiene. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, all things Disney, and traveling. I’m excited to meet tons of new people while working in the dental field!
I graduated from U of A for Medical Sciences in 2017 w/ bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene. I have worked at Saline Dental since 2018. In my spare time my husband and I enjoy the outdoors with our new puppy, camping, going to the lake and antique shopping
I have practiced dental hygiene for 29 years. I’m originally from Malvern, but have been a resident of Saline County for the last 18 years. My husband and have 4 children and 3 grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, shopping and board games.
Shana graduated from UAMS in 1993. She has been with Saline Dental for 29 years and has formed many long-term relationships with her patients. She is a Saline county native and still lives here with her husband, where they raised their son. She loves to bake, enjoys time with family and friends, and playing with her German Shepherd, Ripply.
Hello everyone! For the past six months, I’ve had the privilege of working as a dental assistant, and I can honestly say it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience.
When I am not at the office, you can find me enjoying my favorite hobbies. I love playing pickleball: I also enjoy shopping and attending concerts.
Most importantly, I value the time I spend with my friends and family! I look forward to continuing my journey in dentistry and making a positive impact on our patients’ lives.

Terri has 17 years’ experience as a dental assistant and joined our team in September 2004. She strives to make patients feel welcomed and at ease during their appointment.
When she’s not working, Terry enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her grandbabies.
Tamara: A Life Remembered
Tamara was a dedicated dental hygienist at Saline Dental for the past eight years, where she became an integral part of the team. A graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in 1993, she brought a wealth of experience and a compassionate touch to her role. Though she initially joined Saline Dental with plans to work temporarily due to the long commute, she quickly found a second family among her colleagues and patients.
Raised in Bryant, Tamara cherished the opportunity to return to her hometown to serve the community she loved. She resided in Beebe with her husband, Mark, a coach and teacher, and their two children. Tamara was a passionate supporter of the Razorbacks and enjoyed attending games and events her family was involved in.
Her warmth, dedication, and genuine care for others left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Tamara’s legacy lives on in the smiles she helped create and the hearts she touched.
